UNIPOL-820 자석식 이중 플래튼 연마기는 주로 금속 재료의 연삭 및 연마에 사용되며, 세라믹, 유리, PCB 기판, 암석 시료, 광물 시료, 적외선 광학 재료(예: 셀렌화아연, 황화아연, 실리콘, 게르마늄 등의 결정), 내화물, 복합 재료 및 유기 고분자 재료와 같은 기타 비금속 재료의 연삭 및 연마에도 사용됩니다. 자석식 이중 플래튼 연마기는 사포와 연마 패드를 링 클램핑 또는 자석 흡착 방식으로 장착할 수 있어 더욱 안정적인 작업이 가능합니다. 자석 흡착 방식은 기존 클램핑 연마 패드의 주름 형성으로 인한 단점을 극복하기 위해 고안되었습니다. 감압 접착제가 부착된 연마 패드를 연삭 및 연마 필름에 부착한 후 자석 시트에 흡착시키는 방식입니다. 또한, 자석식 이중 플래튼 연마기의 사포와 연마 패드 교체가 더욱 간편합니다. 금속 조직 연삭 및 연마기는 이중 연삭 디스크 구조를 채택하여 동시에 또는 개별적으로 열 수 있으며, 오염 없이 서로 다른 시료를 동시에 연삭 및 연마할 수 있습니다.
