UNIPOL-300 소형 연삭기는 당사에서 다양한 연구실의 연구원들을 위해 설계한 소형 자동 금속 조직 연삭 및 연마기입니다. 소형 연삭기는 주로 작은 금속 조직 시료를 연삭하는 데 사용되며, 특히 투과 전자 현미경(TEM) 시료의 연삭 및 연마에 적합하고, 최대 50μm 두께까지 연삭할 수 있습니다. 금속 연삭 및 연마기는 스프링을 통해 연삭할 시료에 압력을 가하며, 이 압력은 일정 범위 내에서 조절 가능하여 과도한 압력으로 인한 시료 손상을 방지합니다. 연삭 속도 또한 일정 범위 내에서 조절 가능하며, 시료 종류에 따라 적절한 속도를 선택할 수 있습니다. 연삭 시간 설정도 가능하며, 설정된 시간이 경과하면 기계가 자동으로 정지하므로 무인 작업이 가능합니다. 금속 연삭 및 연마기는 다양한 재료를 연삭 및 연마할 수 있으며, 결정, 세라믹, 유리, 금속, 암석 시료, 광물 시료, PCB 기판, 적외선 광학 재료(예: 셀렌화아연, 황화아연, 실리콘, 게르마늄 등의 결정), 내화물, 복합 재료, 고분자 재료 등의 연삭 및 연마에 사용됩니다. 금속 연삭 및 연마기는 자동 연삭 및 연마 기능뿐만 아니라 높은 정밀도와 빠른 속도를 자랑합니다. 국내외 금속 조직학 실험실 및 전자 현미경 실험실에서 널리 사용되는 장비입니다.

Features (특징)
소형 정밀 연삭 및 연마기는 수동 조작을 모방하여 작동합니다. 하단 플레이트는 고정되어 있고, 상단 압력봉이 시료를 "8"자 모양의 왕복 운동으로 구동합니다. 연삭 압력과 속도를 조절할 수 있으며, 조작이 편리하고 간단합니다. 소형 연삭기는 무인으로 작동할 수 있습니다.
