철심 PU 분쇄 볼


철심 PU 분쇄 볼은 내부에 철심을 넣고 폴리우레탄(PU)으로 코팅한 특수 볼밀용 연마볼입니다.

주로 각종 재료의 혼합과 초미세 분쇄·분산에 사용되며, 철심으로 인해 무게감이 높아 분쇄 효율이 우수합니다. PU 코팅으로 인해 마모가 적고, 볼밀 용기를 보호하며 소음도 감소시키는 장점이 있습니다.

특히 중장비 진동판, 블랭킹·스탬핑, 판금 가공, 절연이 필요한 분야, 그리고 장기 사용이 요구되는 환경에서 많이 사용됩니다.
