토양 분쇄기


중국 텐칸(China Tencan)은 토양의 중금속 분석을 위해 토양 분쇄기와 체 진동기를 포함한 특수 분쇄 장비 세트를 개발했습니다. 토양 분쇄기에는 4개의 마노 분쇄 용기가 장착되어 있으며, 밀폐된 마노 용기 내부의 압력은 눈금을 이용하여 설정할 수 있습니다.

Technical Parameters (기술 사양)

(1) Voltage: 220V AC.

(2) Feed size: soil material ≤ 10MM, other materials ≤ 3MM,

discharge particle size: the smallest final particle size can be reached to 0.1 μ m。

(3) Speed (R/MIN): revolution: 35-335, rotation: 70-670.

(4) Power of single phase motor variable frequency controller: 0.75KW (with electronic monitoring device displaying power, continuous operation timing time (MIN), and forward and reverse rotating cycle (MIN).

(5) Speed regulation method: stepless speed regulation, automatic timing forward and reverse, automatic shutdown.

(6) Continuous working time (full load): 48 hours.

(7) Electric screening shaker: it can be loaded with seven layers of sieving screen in 200mm diameter. Range of sieving hole: 20-200 mesh (20 micrometers) digital display, screening vibration frequency 1400 revolutions per minute.
